F.O.R.M. is an interactive Health AND PE curriculum to help you cover the health credit.

The experience teaches homeschool students the principles and practices of sustainable physical wellness and healthy living. F.O.R.M. is an acronym. “F” stands for functional fitness: learning how to move well over a lifetime. “O” stands for optimal nourishment: learning how to enjoy food while fueling our bodies well. “R” stands for rest and recovery: learning how to stay refreshed in our minds and bodies. “M” stands for multiplied maintenance: learning how to sustain and grow in healthy living while helping others on their health journeys.

F.O.R.M. teaches students and healthy living and longevity in a simple and sustainable way. Our curriculum is built on historically proven practices, the latest scientific data, and the shared expertise of trainers and practitioners seeing real results in the lives of students and families every day.

The mission: Quality health education for every student in America.

The health of our nation hinges on the health of the next generation. A study on the CDC's website estimates that "By the year 2030, based on current trends, 86.3% of adults in America will be overweight or obese on a BMI scale."

As the health of our nation seems to continually get worse and the health industry continues to get more and more confusing we believe there is hope. We believe that these trends can be changed by educating and empowering our kids to build actual habits that they can sustain in any season.

So often health education is put on the back burner, underfunded, and treated as a "less important" subject. If America continues to treat health education as a glorified recess that doesn't really matter or a box to check these trends will continue. But if we make a shift from boring and dated books that cause information overload to relevant, engaging frameworks that students will actually retain and apply we can see the health of the next generation change for the better.

Great question! With each lesson, there is a short assessment to solidify what students learned in that module.

This assessment score and completion of F.O.R.M can go towards any health credits they need to complete.

2. Auto-graded assessments: The option of having assessments auto-graded can save you countless hours of late-night grading. (We also have downloadable assessments for those parents who want to go old school.)

3. Highly engaging video lessons: Keep students engaged with our fully animated video lessons.

F.O.R.M. can be used for k-12 grades.

There is an Elementary and a Middle/High school edition. (You get access to both with your purchase)

Your access covers your whole family. (Unless your umbrella school or association requires each student to have separate access.)

F.O.R.M. is flexible and fits into your schedule.

Plan on taking about 1 hour per module topic.

The animated lessons range from 8-12 minutes in the Middle/high edition and 6-8 minutes in the elementary.

The warm-up is 6 minutes, the cool-down is 12 minutes and the movement training circuit can last however long you have time for that day.

The devotional guide takes 5-10 minutes and the nutrition challenges are something you do throughout the week to have a framework for nutrition.

All in all each module takes about 1 hour to complete.

Program Pacing:

F.O.R.M. can be done throughout the entire school year, in one semester, or over the summer.

If you want to take the entire year you can expect to complete about 1 module per week. There are 8 modules per quarter so this takes into account things like spring break and Christmas break.

If you want to finish in a semester you can expect to do about 2 modules per week to finish.

If you want to complete F.O.R.M. during the summer we have an 8-week summer program where if you do 1 module per day you can have everything done in 7-8 weeks.

Yes! F.O.R.M. More than suffices for the homeschool health and PE requirements for each state.

Many parents will use our functional fitness plans and videos to help their student get even more movement throughout the week as well.
